Supporting rural business progress makes sense: by helping business and community projects to grow, more employment, more market confidence, more taxes are collected and violence/stress are reduced.
The main business areas we will be supporting:
1- rural professionals: veterinary, biologists, agronomist and other practices to explore new staff options .
2- environmental groups: design/advice projects and seek funding sources
3- economic development: linking with mature and developing markets (specially to help farmers and exporters)
Cost per business $12,500 /month, with ethical sponsorship available (no contracts, pay later with your profits). Limitations: the service is limited to the consulting and research, providing and exclusive documentation to reach top-rack networks and increase leverage on those negotiations. Only 10 businesses/groups per town for up to 12 towns.
The consulting for 5 months will empower a system following the strategies:
1- Business networks (Management Strategies)
2- Workforce alliance (local and international workforce planning)
3- Project Funding (alternative funds and/or income streams)
4- Project networking (linking with key players to open doors)
5- Economic Conflict Management
6- Promotion designs (through cooperative networks)
7- Negotiations for market presence or funding alternatives.
As a final result, the solution will bring answers to the needs of the business/groups participating in the consulting and system development.
