RTO and University Selection

LFT-Australia is a software brokerage firm which has created a new career development unit for students, professionals, businesses and governments. At the unit the applicants can travel overseas for education, training and work experience to up to 3 different countries (conditions apply: whenever possible and limited positions).

We aim to provide a best quality and lower education/training fees while delivering the work experience using CRM systems and online project management tools free of charge. As an extra, the job box from our partners and allies will be open as well for those who’d like to get jobs overseas. The RTO and education institutions are selected by:

  1. Quality level
  2. Respectability
  3. Service delivery background

Every organisation is selected by a group of “trading teams and selection panel” formed mostly by Australian farmers. Each project requires it’s own:

  1. CRM system
  2. Consulting Engineers team (system architecture, solutions architect and system delivery consultants)
  3. Networking with embassies (at least 2)
  4. Press conference
  5. Ethics framework (the agent fees are used in farming project in Australia and the third world through microfinance)
  6. Social project interaction (from where students will practice their career’s work experience)

Note: It is the trading team that pays for the marketing, publicity, negotiations and administration costs to get the international/local students for up to $45,000 per project.

LFT aims to keep a continuous pack of up to 20 new students per month and at least 70 students ready for international work experience on the projects we are managing worldwide.
